Local Lodge 941 chartered in Denver, CO, honored retiree Lee Romero today with a signed John Elway football. Lee has been a friend, mentor and brother to all who have met him in his days on the D&RGW and UP System as well as a Safety and Rules trainer and the Denver Broncos #1 fan. Brother Romero earned his retirement after serving his country and then spent many decades Railroading in the Denver area. We are honored to know Lee and consider him an example of what hard work, solidarity and benevolence will add up to. Although brother Romero retired over 2 years ago, we present him with this gift now because of the diligence and hard work of brother Sergio Flores and his wife Marisol Villagomez.
